16th-century farmhouse for sale with 194 hectares of land, just 30 km from Barcelona and very close to a town in the Vallès Oriental region with all amenities.

The farmhouse for sale has the following permitted uses:
Residential, Rural Tourism, Restaurants, Equestrian Activities, Cultural Activities, Summer Camp, Farm School, etc.

The farmhouse for sale is in need of renovation and is a rectangular building consisting of a ground floor, first floor, and barn, with a two-sloped roof with changes in slope at the top.

The main façade, facing south, is perpendicular to the ridge and symmetrical in composition.

The ground floor has a semicircular arch entrance with book-fold brickwork, two windows, and another small doorway at one end.

However, the openings of the first floor and barn follow the same vertical rhythm as the ground floor, but converting the central opening of the barn into a balcony, forcing the roof to rise.

The façade is finished with a small tile and paving cornice.

Annexes: Other agricultural outbuildings are added to the main building. Together with the threshing floor, they form a fence accessed through two covered, flat-lintel portals.
